Any account found to be in breach of the eligibility requirements above will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and bonus winnings will be forfeited. All deposits on the Buah4D Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM20 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Buah4D does not offer multi-currency exchange. All play, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR. No conversion fees are applied by Buah4D for standard MYR-denominated transactions. Transactions originating from payment instruments denominated in a foreign currency will be processed at the exchange rate applied by the issuing institution at the time of the transaction; Buah4D has no control over such rates.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to downloading, reproducing, copying, transmitting, publicly displaying, modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of Buah4D.
The "Buah4D" name, logo, and all associated branding elements are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any commercial, promotional, or digital context is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Buah4D, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with:
In no event shall Buah4D's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Buah4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account, and to withhold or forfeit any funds held in the Account, under any of the following circumstances:
Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the Buah4D customer support team. Any balance remaining on a voluntarily closed Account, after deducting any applicable Bonus Funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements, will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

Any amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material in nature, Buah4D will endeavour to provide notice via registered Account email addresses at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the amendments taking effect, where practicable.
Your continued access to or use of the Buah4D Platform following the publication of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Buah4D is incorporated and holds its gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and Buah4D, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through Buah4D's internal customer support and complaints process. All formal dispute submissions should be directed in writing to the contact address provided in Section 16.
Buah4D will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to provide a final resolution within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved through the internal process, the Player may refer the matter to an appropriate external dispute resolution body as directed by the applicable regulatory authority.
